Dragon Wind is a private, unofficial archive of http://forum.presbeia-protoi.org/ the official forum of The Embassy. It is a personal passion project born from the strong desire to archive the efforts of the Fractal Guardians on the resilient sovereign cloud provided by ICP, which may persist if/when their OFFICIAL forum is offline (which has been known to happen from time to time.)

Dragon Wind is NOT in anyway intended to be perceived as an official site of Protoi/Protector Alliance, Fractal Guardians, ZTE Frank nor anything that is posted on http://forum.presbeia-protoi.org/ . It is simply an archive - and not a comprehensive one - an anchor for their content on the persistent, hack-proof, sovereign system provided by ICP. A donation mechanism is provided if you would like to cover my personal bandwidth, storage, data and compute costs and that would be appreciated, but any overage collected will be forwarded to Protector Alliance directly. Any additional content, comments, etc. provided by DragonWind Admin is a personal offering and not intended to be associated with the official content found at http://forum.presbeia-protoi.org/ . If you want the official content presented as they intend, then please go there first.
