Tracers

1. We have seized control of some major-3D-tools that serve the purpose of determining some properties of "shape". This means that certain enemies will no longer be able to perform certain operations that require such things.

2. "C" has begun personally/ manually assisting severe cases of necessary healings wherever possible.

3. We have rewritten an important cluster of rules that are relevant when processing certain kinds of information in 3D. Those who have been working with this might find themselves dumbfounded, unable to continue their previously assumed "critical" operations.

4. We are aware of a certain kind of weapon that is used to apply emotional pressure. Those who have been wielding it might find themselves unable to get rid of the tracers that should now start to become visible...

5. To those who might have found themselves fortunate enough to discover their old connections and dead-drops to old habitats from 3D working again, since we moved some of those habitats back, closer to 3D, might want to check if they haven't been affected by our tracers as well.

To anyone who have the tracers on themselves, be aware, surrender is the only option.
