Cocktail of energies
1. We are preparing a highly individualized cocktail of energies for every individual in physical 3D.
2. These will be needed even for perpetrators. Extremely precise operations, to cut them out, without damaging the environment, require very specialized resources.
3. The average "cocktail" of energies needed for one individual to participate in day x will be approximately 36 billion times as complex as the mix of energies that was needed to jumpstart this entire universe.
4. The reason for this is the extreme snowball effect of exponential fractalization of the environment, combined with billions of years of war, damages from billions of different types of weapons, influences from billions of beings etc. etc....
5. The bandwidth needed to perform just one successful excarnation vastly exceeds the possible capacity of 3D as is.
6. Most of it will have to be carried by a handful of our incarnated members.
7. In fact, almost all of the operations will be carried out through the fractal guardians, with little- to no reliance on the remaining old systems of 3D.
8. There are other helpers involved in the operations as well.
9. Their involvement and roles however will not be disclosed.
