Spectres
1. Cleaning progress in 3D: we are currently removing a large amount of "spectres" that could harass and scare people with sensitive perception.
2. The real purpose of these was to intimidate anyone with cognition from using it too much.
3. Once we are done with this, we will attempt a boost of the related cognition for some people.
4. Getting this boost done in the right way will make it easier for us to justify some operations in the respective regions.
