3. The property was first constructed by the zeros. Specifically, it was the project of one of them.
4. In the course of history, there have been various cases where theft of this ownership was attempted and "partially" succeeded. Notably, among them were the entity who, for an extremely short time, incarnated as "jesus christ", to wrap up his business and leave his subjects in the dirt, start wars, and generally set up earth for a very, very miserable 2000+ years. The attempted partial ownership was then transferred by him to his most trusted generals, who quickly tore it apart, split it up and fought over it, reducing most of it's impact and making the topic of ownership generally difficult to handle.
