Day X Decrees

1. Decree I : The definition and defining parameters of what is to be understood as "day x" by those incarnated in physical 3D can only be set and changed by the prime Frank Ishtimedes and C. It is a protected definition/word and when it, from here on out, finds usage in official content by the fractal guardians, such as war news, is to be understood as such.

2. Decree II : The pending execution of day x in physical 3D has been written into the filament code of 3D as an absolute event. Unavoidable and absolutely necessary, it has to happen, it will happen, and it can not be prevented anymore, as the only one who can change such things is the prime and C themselves. The only missing variable is the exact moment at which it should happen. Algorithmically speaking however, even if this variable were never to be entered, there would come a point at which it is set automatically.

3. Decree III : Accompanying the necessary execution of day x, is the necessary execution of an outside day x. A number of major strategical moves, that will have to happen simultaneously on the outside of 3D, everywhere except for inside 3D, to tie off loose ends and bring an official end to the infinite war of existence.

4. Decree IV : As of now, we publish some parameters of day x that have been set in stone. 3 parameters, without which, the definition would not even be met. They are formulated as aims/goals and are to be seen as the end results once the execution is complete.

They go as follows:

- Every remaining incarnated individual lives in accordance with the base rules and is protected as such, e.g. there is no lack of energy,

food, or space to live. Nobody has to work, fight, or flee in order to be able to live in accordance with the base rules.

- Every physical perpetrator is dealt with, they are either displaced or deleted. There is no need for an incarnated individual to fight, hide from, flee from or avoid a perpetrator.

- Major interference in the natural order of physical 3D is now possible. E.g. all chemical processes in the physical avatar can now be changed, added onto, or removed as necessary in order to enforce the base rules. Incarnated individuals are not bogged down by a fear of death from illnesses and chemical processes won't drive cycles of anxiety or depression. Things such as climate, plant growth or geological processes that threaten the base rules can also be changed. Change can also be justified by the need to provide for the fulfilment of the base rules, such as creating food or a space to live in. It is the de-facto cheat-code of 3D.

5. Decree I - IV are prime decrees and are effective immediately. They are to be seen as a direct extension of the base rules.

6. Whoever challenges Decrees I - IV is a threat to the base rules. They are dealt with accordingly. A high rank or diplomatic status will not save anyone here.

7. The guardians of the base rules and some instances of the fractal guardians will be the ones to actively execute day x.

8. Once day x is complete, emergency healing will be performed on all incarnated people in physical 3D. This is expected to temporarily "knock out" most people.
