this is what could be an adequate description for a manipulation that an uncountable numbers of beings has unwittingly undergone.

2. This modification utilized a highly classified type of technology. Further elaboration on this would do more harm than good. It is agreed upon all who know of this kind of technology to not make use of it, as it has a high risk to interfere with the individual integrity of others (as it has here).

3. The effects of this modification were simple, but had massive, far-reaching consequences. It basically subtracted a full conceptual variable from all those affected. The consequence is lower understanding of different topics and overarching context, a lack of an ability to develop empathy, based on a lack of understanding of an individuals situation. It was the missing piece of information to understand, why a topic was important or how to resolve it in accordance to the base rules. When presented with the missing piece of context, those affected would simply overgo it, e.g. in a real discussion they would simply interrupt the one presenting it. This affected individuals incarnated in 3D, but also entire beings outside of 3D, some of which were high ranking beings on our side. From a classification point of view, this technology is on par with seeded darkness viruses/technologies, perhaps even worse. We are still in the process of including this in our historical reconstructions, but it is estimated it played a big part in many incidents of treason.
