3. In a "staged" hostage situation, some personalities were forced to send signals that were distributed by the framework of dark rules in physical 3D.
4. Extreme limitations were in effect on the free expression of personality, while simultaneuously forcing constant outputs. Personalities were forced to overwhelm the 3D consciousness with junk information.
