2. The prime console is intended to be an intermediary tool to grant the ability to use prime authority to execute an order with physical relevance to the one in physical 3D ordering it.
3. Construction of the prime console is at 99% of where it needs to be to fulfil it's function as described in 2.
4. Using the prime console with their full authoritative power, will cause a chain reaction. All things which would prevent the full execution of what was ordered can be revealed out and fought with full juridical justification.
5. We modify the prime console now to also require ownership rights of the property and contain and combine the authoritative force of the prime authority and the ownership.
6. Once construction reaches 100%, it will be the most powerful tool in the property and the first "super-weapon" of it's kind that is actually in the hands of the fractal guardians.
7. Among the first orders will likely be the full dissolution of any restrictions on cognitions on those of our members who need it.
8. Likewise, we will impose even more blinding and restricting measures on all others who try to use cognitions at the detriment of others.
9. We fully intend to use the prime console to diverge chemical reactions. For what exact purpose will not be said, but there are many use cases.
10. We perform some construction and changes on a cosmic scale, to prevent unnecessary damage to the planet.

There are still countless minor systems and hurdles stuffed in-between the 3D-cells and our connections that can cause many kinds of trouble and blockage, but our methods of eliminating them are getting much more efficient, since we now have the ability to lift physical status from 3D-cells that aren't actively involved in the physical 3D-experience.
12. The newly assigned helpers mentioned in previous war news have already cleared up a lot of "personalised" influential/corruptive systems.
13. The completion of the construction of the prime console and upgrading it is the helpers main job.
