Decree regarding time functions
1. Decree: The purposes of time and everything to do with it are hereby re-defined. The exact details are energetically attached to this message.
2. The reason for this change is that with the underlying concepts of time functions, abuse was too easy. This change is necessary to ensure the protection of all beings that live in accordance with the base rules.
3. The implementation of the decree will be immediate and we do have the ability and permission to implement it seamlessly, in every 3D-cell, no matter how and what physical status it may have, including in the deepest reaches of all personalities.
4. This is the first time we declare and immediately implement a change on such a deep level.
